This release 

- if the Sub-band Definition file does not specify bounds for the double-clicked K1JT mode Entry's band and mode, or if the double-clicked Entry's frequency is not between the specified bounds, directs Commander to change the transceiver's mode to the specified in the "Transceiver mode for WSJT-X" panel (Thanks to Dave W6DE)

- prevents the Prune function with a size limit set to 0 from preventing the Recompute function from being invoked (Carlo IK2RPE)

- when directly connected to WSJT-X, changes SpotCollector's spot source status display for WSJT-X from green to yellow if WSJT-X stops running, and from yellow to green if WSJT-X starts running (tnx to Salvatore I4FYV)

- prevents the Spot Database Display sort order from being altered by the Prune function (tnx to Joe W4TV and Pete W1RM)

- adds "VARA" to the "Mode Filter" window and to the web server's Mode Filter; these checkboxes enable or disable all VARA variants (tnx to Joe W4TV)

- In the Pre-filtering window's "Discard incoming spots in selected mode families" panel, considers VARAC, VARA FM 1200, VARA 9600, and VARA SAT to be "Other Digital" modes (tnx to Joe W4TV)

- recognizes VARAC, VARA FM 1200, VARA 9600, and VARA SAT in spot notes  (tnx to Joe W4TV)

- when inspecting spot notes, interprets the presence of the word WCA to mean that a POTA tag is not present (tnx to Eddy ON5JK)

- updates the CollectingWWV.htm, ConfigurationSpotDatabaseDisplay.htm, index.htm, Prerequisites.htm, SpotDatabase.htm, and WSJTXInteraction.htm documentation files
