Clicking the Stats button near the upper-right corner of SpotCollector's Main window provides a quantitative display of activity over the past 60 minutes:
We can see that 260 spot database entries have been active during the past hour, half of them on 40m. There not much going on above 20m, but 80m is doing ok. Outside of North America, Europe (EU) is reporting the most stations, with Asia (AS) and South America (SA) reporting about half as many as Europe. Still, a picture's worth a thousand words, as DXView's world map shows:
Since 40m is hot, let's see what's going on there. Clicking the 40m button in SpotCollector's Statistics window will direct Commander to QSY our transceiver to 40m.
