This release 

- corrects a regression in Commander 10.7.7 that prevents a K3 or KX3 from correctly changing to a digital mode and sub-mode (tnx to Dave KE4S, Todd K1TM, Iain N6ML, Joe W4TV, Rich VE3KI, and Tom KG2U)

- when the primary transceiver is a K3 or KX3, doesn't make the A and B VFO buttons visible in Commander's Main window if the sub-receiver is present

- adds the TenTec Argonaut II and Delta II to the Radio selector on the Configuration window's General tab (tnx to Brian KA0PHJ)

- eliminates the 2000 ms minimum Command Interval for the Yaesu FT-747 (tnx to Rob VK7RF)
