- when controlling a Flex 6000, accepts negative values in Filter Group low-cut frequencies (tnx to Kevin K4VD)

- when controlling a Flex 6000, prevents an errorlog.txt file entry when the specified hi-cut or low-cut filter parameter exceeds the radio's range (tnx to Kevin K4VD)

Notes:

1. The ability to send N1MM-style UDP packets is controlled from a new "UDP Network Service" panel on Commander's "Network Service" window, which appears when you click the NetServ button on the right side of the Configuration window's General tab
