This release

- prevents errorlog.txt file entries from being generated when Commander is directed to QSY to a band below 160m or above 4m

- correctly numbers command sequences and sliders on Commander's "User-defined Control Set Configuration" window (tnx to Björn SM7IUN)

- includes Scomm version 9.1.12, which repairs a regression in Scomm 9.1.9 when running in a locale that employs double-byte characters (tnx to Ghassan OD5YA, Mek SQ3RX, Spiros SV1DPP, Bartek SO7BIT, Lefteri SV1HFY, Darius SQ9KEJ, Miro SP5GNI, and Alexander EV1R)

- when operating from a locale that employs double-byte characters, correctly interacts with Icom radios when setting the date and time, and when specifying Spectrum parameters (tnx to Ghassan OD5YA)

- prevents an errorlog.txt file entry from being created by module BandSpreadForm.DisplaySpot at State = 7 (tnx to Björn SM7IUN)

- detects and reports program errors generated when executing CIVComm.WritePortText and CIVComm.WritePortBinary

- adds the black-white-poly-gradient.jpg and black-red-poly-gradient.jpg documentation files (tnx to Björn SM7IUN)

- updates the ChangingFrequency.htm, and Configuration.htm, documentation files


Notes:

1. Before upgrading, terminate Commander, DXView, SpotCollector and WinWarbler

2. Update your firewall and anti-malware applications to consider this new version of Commander to be "safe"
