This release 

- when responding to a double-clicked Spot Database Entry with the "Display previous QSOs on Lookup" setting enabled and "QRZ.com via Pathfinder" being used as a callbook, eliminates a redundant Pathfinder lookup (tnx to Norm W4QN)

- prevents clicking the the Capture window's RST_Sent item from erroneously initiating a Pathfinder lookup (tnx to Norm W4QN)

- corrects a regression introduced in DXKeeper 10.6.7 that causes the ADIF export of transmit power with a TX_POWER tag instead of the correct TX_PWR tag (tnx to David KJ4IZW)

- updates the Items.htm documentation file


Notes for users of DXKeeper's eQSL.cc QSL image downloading and display functions:

1. eQSL.cc may not produce an image for a confirmed QSOs whose modes are in the JT65 or JT9 families

2. eQSL.cc may not produce an image for QSOs whose "QSO Begin" item is near the beginning of an hour, or near the end of an hour
