This release 

- stops waiting after 30 seconds if TQSL doesn't respond to the initial request to report "LoTW news", and indicates that TQSL could not contact LoTW (tnx to Joe W4TV)

- corrects the "popup explanations" for the IOTA, VUCC, WAS, and WPX "Reset Submission" buttons (tnx to Mike W3QT)

- enables the user to specify the "last LoTW QSO Sync date" by double-clicking the date beneath the "Sync LoTW QSOs" button 

- updates the QSL.htm documentation file


Note:

To compensate for LoTW's defective behavior between 2014-08-20 and 2014-08-22,


1. On the Main window's QSL tab, set the "QSL Via" panel to LoTW


2. if the date beneath the "Sync LoTW QSOs" button is 2014-08-20 or later,

2a. double-click the date beneath the "Sync LotW QSOs" button"; in the small the "LotW QSO Synchronization" window that appears, type

2014-08-20 00:00:00

and click the OK button


2b. click the "Sync LotW QSOs" button



3. if the date beneath the "Sync LoTW QSLs" button is 2014-08-20 or later,

3a. double-click the date beneath the "Sync LotW QSLs" button"; in the small the "LotW QSL Synchronization" window that appears, type

2014-08-20 00:00:00

and click the OK button


3b. click the "Sync LotW QSLs" button
