This release 

 - properly imports country codes from a tab-delimited file (tnx to Rich K1HTV)

 - in the window that display "news" from LOTW on startup, provides a "Run TQSL" button that when clicked starts TQSL (tnx to Rich W3ZJ)

 - updates the QSL.htm documentation file


Note: When configured for use with LoTW and connected to the internet, DXKeeper will on startup inform you of the following "news": 

- your Callsign Certificate will expire within the next 60 days, in which case you should Run TQSL and request a renewal

- a new Configuration Data file is available, in which case you should Run TQSL and initiate an update

- a new version of TQSL is available
