 - considers LoTW confirmations to be valid for JARL WAJA, JCC, JCG, and AGA awards (tnx to Carlo IK2RPE)

 - in the Secondary Subdivision Database for Japan, removes the word Ku from the 23 cities within Tokyo  (tnx to Abie AB1F)

 - imports and exports the ADIF CLUBLOG_QSO_UPLOAD_STATUS and CLUBLOG_QSO_UPLOAD_DATE fields; continues to import the App_DXKeeper_ClubLog and APP_DXKeeper_ClubLogDate fields

 - adds FREEDV and M17 as submodes of the DIGITALVOICE mode (tnx to ADIF 3.1.4)

 - adds EA-MAJESTAD-CW,EA-MAJESTAD-SSB, and ICWC-MST to Contest ID selector (tnx to ADIF 3.1.4)

 - updates the Contesting, Items.htm, Progress.htm, QSLConfiguration.htm,  documentation files
