- when viewing or resetting a WAZ submission, properly considers QSOs with partial DXCC credit - "QSL Rcvd" set to 'E', 'B', or 'M' (tnx to Joe W4TV)

- correctly generates an optimal WAZ submission when band-modes are selected in the award objectives (tnx to Joe W4TV)

- correctly generates an optimal WAZ submission when a set of QSOs have already been selected for WAZ submission  (tnx to Joe W4TV)

- updates WAZ assembly reports to include Card, eQSL, and/or LoTW in their filenames so that one doesn't overwrite the other (tnx to Joe W4TV)

- prevents the generation of a "program error 6 in module DXLogModule.InitializeBandArray: Overflow" entry in the errorlog.txt file (tnx to Georg DL5NO)

- updates the URL associated with the Club Log panel's Home button (tnx to Carlo IK2RPE and Gary AB9M)

- puts a new SetMissingFreqFromBand.txt file into DXKeeper's Scripts folder

  * specifies missing frequencies in QSOs that specify a band (e.g. 3.5 for 80m)

  * as with all scripts that modify QSOs, backup your log before invoking SetMissingFreqFromBand.txt

- adds CA-5A, FO-118, and IO-117 to DefaultSatellites.txt (tnx to Rick K1MU)

- imports and exports the ADIF Region field (tnx to the ADIF Development Group chaired by Graham G3ZOD)

- updates the Configuration.htm, Items.htm, Progress.htm, and QSLMedia.htm documentation files

1. Update your firewall and anti-malware applications to consider this new version of DXKeeper to be "safe" 

   a. JOTTI virus scan: 0 of 15 scanners detected malware in this version's executable

   b. VirusTotal: 0 of 69 scanners detected malware in this version's executable

   c. submitted to Microsoft for analysis by Windows Defender: no malware detected in this version's executable
