 - when generating a WAS submission, ignores QSOs with WAS credit made from a myQTH from which WAS is not valid  (tnx to Matt N0EYE)

 - when generating a VUCC submission, ignores QSOs with VUCC credit made from a myQTH from which VUCC is not valid

 - when generating a Marathon progress report or submission, correctly handles QSOs on bands not valid for Marathon, like 8m (tnx to Jaume EA3RHE)

 - adds 5BWAS to the Award selector on the "WAS Submission" window that when selected enables creation of a 5BWAS Submission Report (tnx to Matt N0EYE)

 - provides a "Report unmatched QSLs as errors" option on the "QSL Configuration" window's QRZ tab

 - updates the Items.htm, Progress.htm, QSL.htm, and QSLConfiguration.htm documentation files
