This version 

- prevents the definition of new myQTH whose ID is identical to that of an existing myQTH (tnx to Steve  K4WA)

- corrects a regression in DXKeeper 17.6.7 that prevents the "Update from LoTW" function on the Main window's QSL tab from starting (tnx to Andy K0AF)

- updates the callsign progress window when a QSO with the station is confirmed via LoTW, or imported from an ADIF or tab-delimited file

1. Direct the Launcher to install or upgrade DXKeeper 


2. Update your firewall and anti-malware applications to consider this new version of DXKeeper to be "safe" 

   a. JOTTI virus scan: 0 of 14 scanners detected malware in this version's executable
