- correctly stores the advanced sort between operating sessions (tnx to Kevin K4VD)

- uses the specified web browser to display the DXCC Summary, WPX, and WAZ reports (tnx to Bill GM0VIT)

- when performing the QSL tab's Update Log operation, ignores QSL Queue entries whose QSL box is unchecked (tnx to Dennis AI8P)

- properly restores the Main window size after having been terminated by the Launcher while minimized (tnx to Juergen DL8LE)

- includes entity names in the report generated by the Progress button in the DXCC Panel on the Main window's Check Progress tab (tnx to Earl KD5XB)

- updates the Log.htm online documentation file
