This release

- adds diagnostics to track down the Recompute function's failure to rebuild the current log's progress table (3 reported instances)

- corrects a defect in the Recompute function's secondary subsystem invalidity checking (tnx to Ken WO1N)

- if a QSO's frequency is not specified, then correctly print the Band on QSL labels and QSL cards (tnx to Harv K6QK and Art K6XT)

- increases the speed of the Recompute operation (tnx to Ken WO1N)

- if a Default myQTH ID is specified on the Config window's Log tab, then when the Main window's "my QTHs" tab is selected, makes that default myQTH ID current (tnx to Ken K4XL)

- updates the QSLConfiguration.htm online documentation files
