- properly displays progress during the "binary tag stripping" phase of an import operation when "Ignore tags with binary data" is enabled on the Main window's Import tab or whose "ADIF style" is set to Logic (tnx to Art W2NRA)

- when using <compute> with BAND or BAND_RX items in the Advanced window's "Modify QSOs" panel, doesn't modify the existing BAND or BAND_RX field if the QSO's FREQ or FREQ_RX field item is missing or invalid, respectively (tnx to Art W2NRA)

- properly handles a QSL Queue entry whose TX freq or RX freq is not specified; an ADIF record generated from such an entry does not include the FREQ or FREQ_RX tag respectively, and empty values are exported in a tab-delimited file record (tnx to Jim VA3HJ)

- when duplicate checking during importing is enabled, uses "same band" rather than "same frequency" as the criteria for ignoring an imported QSO, along with "same mode" and "date-time within specified range (tnx to Joe W4TV)

- creates a "Duplicate checking" panel on the Main window's Import tab

- adds a "consider primary & secondary administrative subdivisions" option to the new "Duplicate checking" panel that when enabled only rejects an imported QSO if its primary and secondary administrative subdivision match that of a logged QSO whose callsign, band, mode, and date-time within specified range all match (tnx to Scott VE1OP)

- adds a "consider gridsquares" option to the new "Duplicate checking" panel that when enabled only rejects an imported QSO if its gridsquare match that of a logged QSO whose callsign, band, mode, and date-time within specified range all match (tnx to Scott VE1OP)

- in items in the Main window's "Log QSOs" tab, interprets CTRL-S is a shortcut for "set QSL_SENT to 'Y' ", and interprets CTRL-R as a shortcut for "set QSL_RCVD to 'Y' " (tnx to Art N4PJ)

- when performing a lookup for other DXLab applications, includes LotW membership in the results (tnx to Jamie W2QO)

- updates the Import.htm and KeyboardShortcuts.htm online documentation files
