This release 

- uses periods as the decimal separator for frequencies in generated CQ DX Marathon submissions, independent of the PC's locale (tnx to Laurent F1JKJ)

- provides a DDE-accessible cell whose contents after a DDE Lookup command are the callsign, name, QTH, gridsquare, last QSO date and time, last QSO frequency, last QSO mode, and previous QSO count, all conveyed with ADIF tags (tnx to Patrick F6CTE)

- extends the "Add Needed" function to populate the QSL Queue with QSOs whose confirmation is needed for Awards selected in a new Awards sub-panel in the "Add Needed" panel on the "QSL Config" window's General tab; the "Add Unconfirmed" option previously provided on the Main window's "Check Progress" tab has been eliminated.

- extends the "DXCC, Challenge, & TopList" panel's QSL Kind Report to operate on a filtered Log Page Display (tnx to David A92GE)

- updates the index.htm, Progress.htm, QSL.htm, and QSLConfiguration.htm documentation files


Notes: 

1. The new Awards sub-panel in the "Add Needed" panel on the "QSL Config" window's General tab defaults to DXCC and WAZ selected, and all other awards deselected. Thus invoking the "Add Needed" function in this release will perform exactly as it did in previous releases: QSOs whose confirmation is needed for the DXCC/Challenge/Top and WAZ awards you're chasing will be added to the QSL Queue. If you want "Add Needed" to populate the QSL Queue with QSOs whose confirmation is needed for other awards, check the boxes for those awards in the new Awards sub-panel. 

2. The following "Add Needed" options now apply to all selected awards, not just DXCC and WAZ awards:
- "Add Needed requests all with same call" 
- "Add Needed requests all with same mgr"
- "Add Needed sets Sent Via to 'B'
- "Add Needed sets Sent Via to 'D' 

3. If a QSO's confirmation is required for several awards, it will only be added to the QSL once
