This release 

- ensures that the DXCC Credit Manager's Repair function considers all QSOs in the Log, not just those present in the Log Page Display

- ensures that the DXCC Credit Manager's Repair function correctly sets the status of a repaired link between a DXCC credit and a logged QSO

- extends the DXCC Credit Manager's Download function to update credits to which the ARRL has assigned a new credit number, and to update each logged QSO linked to such a credit to reflect the credit's new credit number

- updates the LogNewCapture.htm documentation file
