- makes the "Lifetime" label visible on the Config window's "Plot Settings" tab

- consults the USAP database when determining the location of KH1, KH3, KH4, KH5, KH7, and KH9 callsigns (tnx to Mike W9RUK)

- Updates the Operation.htm documentation file
