This release 

- removes plotted spots from the the DX Atlas world map, when the Main window's Map Clear function is invoked (tnx to Rich W3ZJ)

- ensures that a lookup operation initiated by another application returns correct results (tnx to Cliff K3LL)

- if the CTRL key is depressed while the Enter key is struck with cursor focus in the Main window's callsign box, initiates a Shortpath rotation (tnx to Jeff AC0C)

- eliminates unnecessary lookup and grid update operations

- displays more accurate database size estimates while downloading a database update

- updates the Operation.htm documentation file
