This release 

- correctly records diagnostic information when started with "log debugging info" enabled (tnx to Salvatore I4FYV)

- if the temporary file used to download a database upgrade can't be deleted, waits 1 second and tries again; if that fails, reports to the user that the operation has been aborted (tnx to Salvatore I4FYV)

- supports the current version of N1MM Rotor (tnx to Larry K8UT and Jim N7US)

- updates the Configuration.htm and Operation.htm documentation files


Notes:

1. N1MM Rotor version 12.11 remains an option for rotator control
