If you are using Window Defender Antivirus (Windows 10), update it to its latest malware definition in

before installing or upgrading to DXView 4.9.0


This release 

 - corrects a defect in gray line prediction when the DX location is in all-day darkness or all-day sunlight

 - enables plotting of a logged QSO that doesn't specify a DXCC prefix

 - with the ARCO panel set to TCP, clicking the Serial button correctly makes the "Serial Port Interface" panel appear (tnx to Bill NY9H)

 - on startup, only displays the Translations window if that window was enabled and displayed when DXView last terminated (tnx to Norm W4QN)

 - updates the Operation.htm documentation file
