Before installing or upgrading to DXView 4.9.6, review the Notes below.

This version

 - requires the IOTA tag specified in an Override to be 6 characters in length

 - prevents the errorlog.txt entry "program error 401 in module DDEServer.LinkExecute: Can't show non-modal form when modal form is displayed"

 - on the Configuration window's "Override List" tab, correctly filters for expired and unexpired overrides (tnx to Joe W4TV)

 - handles an eQSL database that specifies a "Date of Last Update" for each callsign, and displays a callsign's eQSL "Date of Last Update" in the Main window's DXCC panel caption (tnx to Laurie VK3AMA)

 - updates the Operation.htm documentation file

1. Update your firewall and anti-malware applications to consider this new version of DXView to be "safe"
