This release

- compensates for a defect in CQDX that results in no separation between the spotted callsign and spot notes

- correctly determines the DXCC entity of a callsign like VU4AN/VU3ABC (tnx to Art W2NRA and Joe W4TV)

With this release, no entity overides for callsigns like VU4AN/VU3ABC are necessary.
