This release

- when conveying a propagation forecast directive to PropView, includes the frequency (tnx to Ken KC9GLQ)

- changes the following Band filter panel buttons to toggle their associated band checkboxes on or off (tnx to Bob KØRC):

"Top", "Low", "Tri", "Warc", "VHV", "UHF", and "Micro" 

- updates the SpotDatabase.htm documentation file
