This release - ensures that the cumulative spot notes window fully displays its vertical and horizontal scroll bars when needed (tnx to Tom NJ2DX) - provides an HF button on the Band Filter window (tnx to Art K6XT) - flags tagged special callsigns (callsigns on the Special Callsign List with a non-blank Tag) in the Spot Database Display with a user-specified spot color and announces them - provides a means of resetting the Spot Database Display to its default layout (tnx to Jamie W2QO) - displays a key for spot database display font colors (tnx to Jerry K3BZ and Bill KG4NZR) - updates the ConfigurationDatabase.htm, ConfigurationDisplay.htm, ConfigurationSpecialCallsigns.htm, and SpotDatabase.htm documentation files When announcing a tagged special callsign, SpotCollector distinguishes the announcement by "playing" the file Special.wav from its Sounds folder before announcing the DXCC, band, and mode. If Special.wav does not exist(which will initially be the case), SpotCollector will instead play the file You Want This One.wav from the General sub-folder of its Sounds folder (which you should have) before announcing the DXCC, band, and mode. Perhaps Joe DX will record something appropraite for Special.wave; until then you can create your own if desired. SpotCollector 3.8.9 is available via the DXLab Launcher, and via http://www.dxlabsuite.com/download.htm . 73, Dave, AA6YQ
