This release 

- informs the user when the log file specified for award checking cannot be opened (tnx to Jim K7EG)

- properly sets the "ModeWorked" spot database field for non-RTTY modes that count for DXCC RTTY awards, and the "CQZModeWB4" spot database field for non-RTTY modes that count for DXCC RTTY or DXCC Digital awards (tnx to Joe W4TV)

- prevents a spot whose spot notes contain BPSK or BPSK31 from being improperly highlighted as needed

- accepts a command from other applications to display the Solar and Geomagnetic Parameters History window

- updates the ConfigurationSources.htm, DXClusterInteraction.htm, index.htm, SourceConnection.htm, and SpotDatabase.htm documentation files
