- correctly recovers when an invalid SQL filter is specified

- correctly sorts the Special Callsign List (tnx to Lui DL6FBR)

- if the specified log file does not contain a DXKeeper log database, informs the user and stops attempting to identify needed stations (tnx to Ed KN3E)

- updates the CollectingSpots.htm, ConfigurationAudio.htm, ConfigurationSpecialCallsigns.htm, and SourceConnection.htm documentation files
