- changes the criteria for determining if a frequency lies within a sub-band from "less than or equal to the upper bound" to "less than the upper bound" (tnx to Joe W4TV)

- eliminates a redundant lookup directive to DXView when double-clicking a Spot Database Entry (tnx to Larry W6NWS)

- prevents an "invalid SQL expression" error message when striking Enter in the Propagation window's "DX active during last 24 hours" panel with no distance specified (tnx to Dan YO3IRM)

- displays the longpath heading in the tooltip that appears when the mouse cursor hovers over an azimuth in the Spot Database Display (tnx to Jonathan W6GX)

- provides a new "Use QSX to determine mode" option that when enabled, if the mode of a DX station operating split is being determined based on its sub-band, selects the sub-band using the station's QSX frequency rather than its TX frequency (tnx to Iain N6ML)

- adds the "Tags" field to the web page generated by the web server (tnx to Art W3NRA)

- responds to the user striking the Enter key in the Special Callsign List by saving the Special Callsign Entry just added or modified and sorting the list (tnx to Joe W4TV and Iain N6ML)

- includes a "binoculars" Favicon in generated web pages (tnx to Chad WE9V)

- updates the ConfigurationGeneral.htm, ConfigurationSpecialCallsigns.htm, and SpotDatabase.htm documentation files
