This release 

- properly determines the QSX frequency when spot notes are of the form "<mode> up" or "<mode> Down" (tnx to Iain N6ML)

- informs the user when an attempt to send an email notification fails because the specified Outgoing Email Server address or port number is incorrect

- provides the option to optimize email messages for SMS delivery (tnx to Stan KM4HQE and Jim NU0C)

- updates the default spot sources available when SpotCollector first installed

- updates the ConfigurationNotifications.htm, DXClusterInteraction, Prerequisites.htm, and SourceConnection.htm documentation files


Notes:

1. Update your firewall and anti-malware applications to consider this new version of SpotCollector to be "safe" 

2. If this upgrade doesn't work correctly, see the "After an Upgrade" section of <http://www.dxlabsuite.com/dxlabwiki/ApplicationStoppedWorking>

3. After upgrading, to revert to the previous version of SpotCollector, see <http://www.dxlabsuite.com/dxlabwiki/RevertApplicationVersion>
