This release 

- correctly interprets decimal separators in sub-band definition file entries when being run from a non-US locale (tnx to Eddy ON5JK)

- provides a Spot Database Display filter history with the ability to go backward and forward

- updates the ConfigurationGeneral.htm and SpotDatabase.htm documentation files


Notes:

1. The new Spot Database Display filter history is accessible via left-arrow and right-arrow buttons on the left side of the Main window's Filter panel. The history retains the most recent 64 filter changes, excluding changes made to the Band, Mode, Continent, and Origin filters. The filter history is not preserved between operating sessions.

2. Update your firewall and anti-malware applications to consider this new version of SpotCollector to be "safe"
