This release

 - corrects a defect that prevents Phone RX and TX frequencies from being properly updated when activating Phone spots back-to-back, activating a non Phone spot, and then activating a Phone spot (tnx to Jamie W2QO)

 - in CW mode, interprets the PageUp or PageDown keys as meaning "increase or decrease WPM by 2" respectively (tnx to Bob K0RC)

 - provides the option of saving macro font and button colors when saving macros to a file, and loading these colors when loading a macro file that specifies them (tnx to Jamie W2QO)

 - provides the option to not display dynamic information in window title bars in order to work around the Vista File Manager defect (tnx to John K1ESE)

 - updates the CW.htm, CWSettings.htm, GeneralSettings.htm, and Macros.htm online documentation files
