This release 

- when attempting to connect to DXKeeper, immediately determines whether its running so as to avoid long delays if its not running (tnx to Bob K4QHH)

- adds additional items to the QSO Info panel for consistency with DXKeeper 6:

* DOK
* CQ/WAE region
* ARRL section
* Buro checkbox
* LotW member checkbox
* eQSL.cc member checkbox
* antenna azimuth
* antenna path

- expands the previous "toggle QSO Info panel height" button to progressively increase the QSO Info panel's height, and then set it back to its minimum

- provides a "preset Buro Checkbox" option on the Config window's Log tab (tnx to Laurie VK3AMA)

- updates the CW.htm, Logging.htm, LogSettings.htm, Macros.htm, Phone.htm, PSK.htm, and RTTY.htm online documentation files
