This release 

- reduces execution delay when directed by another application to execute a macro (tnx to Jim N7US)

- restores the "Split frequency Operation" option removed in 6.3.6 (tnx to Rick, WD8JJA)

- when choosing a startup operating mode that's consistent with the transceiver mode, ignores soundcard RTTY settings if soundcard RTTY is disabled, and ignores external modem settings if the external modem is disabled (tnx to Bob KB1JZU)

- before transmitting, replaces any "hi-byte" characters like á generated by <name> or <qth> substitution commands with their nearest low-byte equivalent (tnx to David A92GE)

- changes the "QSO Info" panel's Contest box to a selector pre-populated with contest names (tnx to Stan N1ZX)

- updates the ContestSettings.htm, GeneralSettings.htm and Logging.htm documentation files
