- considers the sub-mode when deciding whether or not to direct Commander to change the mode to RTTY

- ignores SpotCollector QSY directives that don't specify a frequency (tnx to Roger VK3FZ)

- allows the FSK Control selector to specify serial ports greater than 8 (tnx to Oba-san JA7UDE and Peter OM7VV)

- offers Data-L and Data-U transceiver modes if Commander's primary transceiver supports them (tnx to Joe W4TV and Jamie W2QO)

- updates the BroadbandDecodeConfiguration.jpg, DisplayConfiguration.jpg, GeneralConfiguration.jpg, PSKConfiguration.jpg, PTTCOnfiguration.jpg, RTTYModemConfiguration.jpg, SoundardPSKSettings.htm, and SoundcardRTTYConfiguration.jpg documentation files
