This release 

- accepts " in the latitude and longitude boxes in the "Position and Vector Configuration" window's Latitude and Longitude boxes

- properly computes the a QSO's distance when it's latitude and longitude are determined from a callbook lookup performed by DXKeeper (tnx to Pat F6GCP)

- improves miles-kilometers conversion accuracy
