 - when the Main window's CW or RTTY panel's Tune boxes are checked, restores mouse cursor focus to the Transmit pane if not in contest mode, or the RX# box if in contest mode (tnx to Peter W2IRT)

 - corrects a regression in WinWarbler 7.7.9 that omits the Band from the exported ADIF record, preventing DXKeeper's "Default TX Power by Band" option from functioning (tnx to Mark K7MTR)

 - provides <tune: on>, <tune: off>, and <tune: toggle> macro commands (tnx to Peter W2IRT)

 - updates the Macros.htm documentation file
