This release

- gracefully recovers if the specified Monitor window font doesn't support the specified Monitor window font size (tnx to Rick WR0H)

- gracefully recovers if a specified font isn't available (tnx to Rick WR0H)

- correctly handles striking the keyboard's backspace key when transmitting CW character-by-character via WinKey (tnx to Stan  N1ZX and Björn SM7IUN)

- in the Main window's Transmit pane, interprets striking the keyboard's INS key while its SHIFT key is depressed to mean "paste" (tnx to Salvatore I4FYV)

- changes the name of DXCC entity #501 to "North Macedonia"

- updates the Configuration.htm, CW.htm, GeneralSettings.htm, and SoundcardRTTYSettings.htm documentation files
