This release

- corrects the erroneous "database upgrades are available" message in Config window title bar (tnx to Giuseppe IT9FGA)

- does not refuse to install an application whose Program Path is unspecified (tnx to Art N4PJ)

- can direct DXView 3.1.5 or later to display its Config window's Databases tab, from which upgrades can be initiated


Note: clicking the Databases window's new Upgrade button starts DXView (if necessary) and directs it to display its Config window's Databases tab, from which upgrades can be initiated
