This release 

- accepts the current locale's "decimal separator" in the "Spot Lifetime" setting on the Configuration window's Bandspread tab (tnx to Nuno CT2IRY)

- correctly sets a frequency-dependent device's controls (tnx to Joe W4TV)

- eliminates a race condition when controlling a transceiver connected to the Secondary CAT port in "Follow and Lead Primary" mode using the Icom protocol with Interrogation enabled (tnx to Hubert HB9JND)

- provides commands that check or uncheck the parallel port's Data Signals Enable box, thereby determining whether the parallel port data output is or is not updated as a function of frequency (tnx to Pete N4ZR and Joe W4TV)
