This release corrects a regression in Commander 10.3.1 that prevented Commander from enabling or disabling the subreceiver of an Elecraft K3 or KX3 (tnx to Guido ON7GR, Joe W4TV, Tim NZ8J, Jim N7US, and Iain N6ML)

Note: if you don't have an Electraft K3 or KX3, you need not upgrade Commander 10.3.1 to this version.
