- prevents an errorlog.txt entry when a runt command is received via TCP/IP

- tolerates receipt of an FT; command from a Yaesu FT 9K, 5K, 2K, 950, or 450 (tnx to Alex KC4BO)

- adds the FlexRadio SDR-6500 and SDR-6700 to the Radio selector (tnx to Tim W4TME)

- provides Icom IC-7100 support (tnx to Jeff KB2M)

- accepts commands via TCP/IP that direct Commander to report the RX and TX frequencies using the locally-defined decimal separator (tnx to Joe K1JT)

- updates the TXMeter.htm documentation file
