- enables the control of Icom, TenTec, and Yaesu transceivers in locales like Japan that employ double-byte characters (tnx to Oba JA7UDE and Taka JA1KIH)

- prevents Select buttons from incorrectly appearing in the Control panel on the Configuration window's "Multi Radio" tab (tnx to Salvatore I4FYV)
