- ensures that enabling the PTT panel's "Suppress CAT" option suppresses RX-TX switching via CAT command in all circumstances (tnx to Joe W4TV)

- correctly initializes user-defined sliders when switching control sets (tnx to Art W2NRA)

- makes loading a control set persist between sessions; when a control set is loaded for the current primary transceiver, the sequences and sliders it specifies are immediately activated (tnx to Art W2NRA)

- removes dual receive support for the Yaesu FTDX-3000 (tnx to Lou N2TU)

- removes the 400 ms lower bound on the FT-767's command interval (tnx to Bruno F5ADL)
