This release

- when controlling an Icom radio that supports data mode with interrogation disabled, accurately determines the radio's mode at startup

- ensures that "change frequency" CAT commands issued in response to direct modification of Commander's frequency are paced at the specified "Command Interval" (tnx to Björn SM7IUN)

- updates the Configuration.htm, and ChangingFrequency.htm documentation files


Notes:

1. Update your firewall and anti-malware applications to consider this new version of Commander to be "safe"
