- updates the Icom Filter Group selector without stealing cursor focus

- when directing an Icom transceiver to send CW, properly handles the situation where more than 30 characters are transmitted (tnx to Andy K3UK)

- when directing an Icom transceiver to send CW, re-enables inter-character spacing after disabling inter-character spacing to send a pro-sign

- when controlling a Yaesu FT-900, provides the ability to select and track narrow/wide CW mode (tnx to Craig N8PWM)

- when controlling a Yaesu FT-891 or FT-991, correctly implements the AxB and XFC functions (tnx to John WA2FZW)

- updates the CommandSequences.htm documentation file (tnx to Björn SM7IUN)
