This release

- when controlling an Icom ic7300, ic7610, ic7850, or ic7851, prevents the Spectrum-Waterfall window from stealing mouse cursor focus during a band change (tnx to Björn SM7IUN)

- corrects a regression that prevents Commander's Main window from displaying S-meter readings when controlling a Flex Signature radio (tnx to Tim K9WX and Chas K2BU)

- when the Secondary CAT port's protocol is set to Kenwood, provides the option to poll the connected device or application by sending IF commands at a specified rate; this new option defaults to "Off" (tnx to Brian AK7F)

- accepts and executes a <RESET> command in a Command Sequence (tnx to Georges F6DFZ)

- include S-meter and TX-meter files for the IC-7300 and IC-7610 (tnx to Björn SM7IUN)

- updates the Configuration.htm, CommandSequences.htm, SMeter.htm, and TXMeter.htm documentation files
