- ensures that explanatory popups for User-defined sequence buttons appear on the correct monitor (tnx to Georges F6DFZ)

- correctly loads User-defined Sequences from a User-defined Control Set (tnx to Björn SM7IUN)

- includes S-meter and TX-meter files for the FT-891 (tnx to John WA2FZW)

- provides initial support for the Kenwood TS-890 (tnx to Andy K3WYC)


Notes:

1. Update your firewall and anti-malware applications to consider this new version of Commander to be "safe"
