 - informs the user if MSWINSCK.OCX cannot be successfully registered with Windows

 - when controlling a Yaesu FTDX-101,

 --- correctly implements the Sub button function (tnx to Frank VE7AWV)

 --- corrects the Main window's "Band Up" and "Band Down" button functionality (tnx to Frank VE7AWV)

 --- doesn't send "set width" commands to the radio until it has received width status from the radio (tnx to Dan WA3UEV)

 --- doesn't send "set shift" commands to the radio until it has received shift status from the radio (tnx to Dan WA3UEV)

 --- provides a "Yaesu default bandwidth by mode" panel on the Configuration window's "Filter Groups" tab

 --- thanks to Bill N6WS, Rien PA7RA, Roger EI8KN, and Ken WB1DX for their help in testing the above changes

 - updates the TXMeter.htm documentation file
