This release 

 - prevents an errorlog.txt entry reporting overflow in CIVModule.ConstructIcomFrequencyBCD

 - when controlling a Flex Signature transceiver (tnx to Gary AB9M, Ray K9DUR, Joe K8FC, and Joe WQ6Q)

 --- directs the transceiver to report slice status after executing an AxB or A=B command

 --- disables the A=B button after invocation until the operation is complete, and disables the AxB button after invocation until the operation is complete

 --- properly responds in split mode to a Transmit Freq status report for slices A or B

 --- ensures that VFO A and VFO B frequencies are displayed at startup


- updates the ChangingFrequency.htm and Configuration.htm documentation files
