 - if the selected primary transceiver fails to QSY as directed after 15 seconds, directs that transceiver to report its current frequency and informs the user in a small but "always on top" window (tnx to Jose N4KL and Joe W4TV)

 - corrects a regression defect in the initialization of the Bandspread Spot Lifetime introduced in version 16.1.2 (tnx to Don WB6BEE)

 - prevents Commander's Main window from stealing focus when it is directed to QSY by more than 1 MHz with Split enabled and the "switch to simplex on 1 Mhz QSY" option enabled (tnx to Erik N2EPE)

 - adds an entry for the IC-7300MKII to the Radio Model selector
